• Phone Number — Used solely for account creation and authentication. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
• Financial Data — Income records, bills, and savings entries that you manually input into the app. This data is stored securely and is only accessible by you.
• Display Name — An optional name you can set in Settings for personalization.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your account securely
• Store and display your financial records within the app
• Calculate your available balance, spending reports, and savings summaries
• Schedule local bill reminder notifications on your device

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the app's core features.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with row-level security enforced at the database level, meaning only your authenticated account can access your records. Authentication is handled via PIN-based verification. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

5. Third-Party Services

Balance Flex uses the following third-party service:

• exchangerate-api.com — Used to fetch live currency exchange rates. Only a public API request is made; no personal data is sent.

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or analytics platforms.

6. Notifications

Balance Flex uses local notifications only. These are scheduled on your device to remind you when bills are due. No notification data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at Balanceflex0@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Balance Flex is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
