How do I add my income?

Go to the Income tab, enter your payment amount, select your payment frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and tap Save. Your dashboard will update instantly.

How do I add a bill?

Open the Bills tab and tap the + button. Fill in the bill name, amount, category, and due date. You can also set it as recurring and add optional notes.

How does the Available Balance work?

Available Balance = Total Monthly Income − Total Bills − Total Savings. It updates automatically whenever you add or edit income, bills, or savings.

Can I get reminders for my bills?

Yes. When you create a bill with a future due date, Balance Flex automatically schedules a local notification to remind you on the due date.

How do I export a PDF report?

Go to the Reports tab and tap the Export PDF button. The report includes your income, expenses, and a full bill breakdown for the current month.

How do I change the currency?

Go to Settings → Preferences → Currency. Select any currency from the list. All amounts across the app will update immediately using live exchange rates.

How do I change my PIN?

Go to Settings → Security → Change PIN. Enter your current PIN, then set a new one.

Is my financial data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and protected with PIN authentication. We do not share or sell your personal information to any third parties.
